indelible ink

election season again. this time it's for the local government... i didn't realize how much of a carnival it would be. granted that the local candidates were only given a few days to campaign.

i mulled the idea of joining the fray, knowing i have a lot of things i would do to make life better for the people around me.... but, then again, i decided to just be apathetic. i joined the fray of apathetic people, like countless others.

the sign of a responsible voter is the indelible inko they drop on your finger. in mine and my mom's case, the drop-happy eletion volunteer dropped like 5 drops of ink on our fingers. it looked horrible! one thing i noticed though, was the the indelible ink wasn't that indelible... it could be removed with the right kind of solvent. i found this out accidentally when i washed my hands with rubbing alcohol. calling all COMELEC people, please check the quality of your inks... thank you :*
